GEAC System 21

System21 is an integrated enterprise wide suite of applications that provide information solutions based around the IBM iSeries 400 range of application servers. The software is completely web-enabled, allowing companies to launch themselves as e-businesses and uses @ctive™ Enterprise technology to enable continual process improvement and business transformation.

iOM has been a distributor for Geac System 21 ERP software applications (formerly JBA System 21) for 16 years, and has over 400 Geac installations to its credit. iOM has installed, customised and maintained all applications developed by Geac including the industry specific products such as System 21 Style and System 21 Drinks.

At iOM, we have over 250 trained and experienced staff that have undertaken projects in most parts of the world. Current Geac projects handled by iOM include; implementations in countries in Asia, USA and the UK. iOM has implemented Geac systems in France, Germany, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Portugal, Holland, Greece, Seychelles and Ireland.

iOM has also developed a number of add on functions/ modules which are specifically designed to work with Geac System 21 software. Such applications include:

  • A/R Escalation
  • I/O Trade (web enabled Order entry functions)
  • A/R cash flow forecasting
  • Integration with electronic banking
  • Web enabled purchasing and Capital expenditure control which integrates with Geac A/P, Purchasing and GL
  • E Tabs (web enabled invoicing or net billing in multi currency which integrates with Geac ledgers).

  • iOM has also developed and implemented B2B e commerce applications integrating with Geac applications. One such system was deployed throughout Europe.
    Through the International support center (ISC) iOM currently provides software support to Geac users in the United Kingdom, the USA, Singapore and the Seychelles. ISC support is entirely web enabled and in many instances we provide 24x7. Services are offered with considerably lower prices, faster response and substantially "closer" support than available elsewhere.
