iOM prides itself in having the lowest possible ratio of administration staff to professional staff. iOM continually seeks better and more efficient methods by which to run our business and in doing so, adopt the latest available technologies as soon as they become viable in a commercial environment.

All iOM staff use these systems on a daily basis. iOM is committed in its own use of information technology that not only serves to improve the conduct of our business but also provides the valuable exposure and experience to our staff.

Technical and Consultancy staff are continually trained on the rapidly evolving technologies, and senior staff mentor the less experienced to bring them to their full potential.

Our staff benefit not only by being exposed to up to date technology and a variety of platforms, but also by the ability to move to different geographical locations and experience different cultures as a result of our international network.

iOM's web based performance review system ensures that our employees abilities and skills are highlighted wherever they may be, facilitating matching of strengths with requirements and promotions based on results.

In 1999, iOM introduced the Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOP), which provides for our staff of over 250, becoming beneficial owners of approximately 20% of the company, giving them a sense of ownership & participation in the success of the company.
