Dear Angelo,

Last October 1994, we had decided with iOM to upgrade both the AS/400 to the new advanced series and FAMAS to version 2. Our objective was a better support the implementation of the manufacturing /MRPII modules. The project was scheduled to upgrade the AS/400 during December 1994, and convert FAMAS to version 2 early March 1995.

We take the opportunity of this letter to thank you and your team for the success of the project. The job was delivered "on time", as initially scheduled and with minor inconvenience to the users. As a result, the March reporting was carried out on time in full, as requested by the Group.

We thank you again for the continuous support, the teamwork and the commitment demonstrated by iOM all along our projects. Well done!
