Dear Sirs:

Heiniburg (thailand) Corp. Ltd. has been implementing Systems 21 for use by Lear Seating (Thailand) Corp., which is managed by Heiniburg. Systems 21 was selected because Lear Corporation in the US had chosen it for over 100 US factories and because it was originally designed for automobile business although it can be applied equally well to any manufacturing enterprise.

Heiniburg and Lear have been more than satisfied with the training and support available through iOM. The training was well organized, complete, allowed hands-on practice, and did not waste the time of Lear's key financial and material people even though many days of the training were required. Further, the support materials and video displays were well designed and helpful.

iOM's support for Lear's financial and manufacturing implementations was excellent. The assigned personnel were very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. Much of the support for the manufacturing modules was required at the Lear plant in Korat and iOM's personnel were there as scheduled.

Most importantly perhaps, for both Heiniburg and Lear, was the manner in which iOM helped made possible a timing plan which called for a very rapid implementation. Although iOM was reluctant to recommend such a speedy implementation, they, nevertheless, committed to support it to the fullest and did so, resulting in implementation which, when completely finished, will have taken approximately one year from the installation of the hardware.

In terms of the well-known truism, "you get what you pay for", we have found that while iOM's costs are not necessarily the lowest available, we have gotten the excellence and quality which are needed by anyone attempting to implement a major integrated manufacturing system, and we highly recommend Systems 21 an iOM.
