With regard to the above matter I like to draw your attention and to extend our sincere appreciation on a "JOB WELL DONE" In implementing sun accounts at YKK.

1. SS Team: We managed to get good committed team members on installation and implementing SS.
2. Parallel run with manual system was a complete success.
3. F/Y 2000 External Audit was based on SS; as such we got a good recommendation from Arthur Anderson with regard to SS.
4. When I was overseas, where I got a chance of meeting our sister company Finance Managers, where they came out with so many problems during implementation stage, and as a result they kept on blaming SS. 'CAUSE what it matters is how you make use of the system and not the SS alone.
5. Just to sum up, WHAT MATTERS IS THE POST IMPLEMENTING SUPPORT GIVEN to the customer as an important factor to consider.
