Hi Paul,

Stephen Lambert at Financial Object's London office
received an urgent request on Wednesday 22nd August from one of the
company's major clients in Asia for the latest version of the IBIS software.
The problem was it was needed early the next week!

Stephen emailed iOM's offshore build team and got a
reply that they could do the work to the timetable requested. However, just
before the software was due to be shipped, the customer requested additional
items, so the team worked overnight to make sure that the latest
requirements could also be delivered in time.

Stephen said "iOM were great! They agreed to do the
work at short notice and then, when extra work was needed, they moved into
overdrive to make sure our Asian office got what it needed to keep our
customer happy".
